Your service provider controls the credential package, its recipients, expiration, and replacement credentials.

Expired or unavailable

Ask the sender to create a new link. MyVaultX cannot reveal or restore an expired package from the public site.

Contact the sender so they can verify or replace the affected credential securely.

Do not forward the link. Report the hostname and the circumstances to our security contact.
