MyVaultX

Privacy

Privacy built around limited access.

This notice explains how MyVaultX handles information when you visit the public site or open a credential link.

Information we process

We may process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including IP address, browser information, timestamps, request status, and security events. When you open a credential link, the service also records the access event and enforces its expiry and view limit.

Credential contents

Credential information is displayed only through the complete secure link created by your service provider. The public MyVaultX website has no credential directory, search, or account list.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the requested credential package, prevent abuse, investigate security events, maintain availability, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate and secure the service, or when required by law. Access logs and credential packages are retained only for operational, security, contractual, and legal needs. Exact retention periods may depend on the service provider that created the link.

Your choices

Do not open an unexpected link. Contact the service provider that sent it for questions about the credential package or a privacy request. For a MyVaultX concern, contact privacy@myvaultx.com.
